3. Client Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate, complete and timely information and documents required for the service.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of information provided to us, which forms the basis of filings made on your behalf.
• Delays in providing documents may affect our ability to meet statutory deadlines, and any resulting penalty is not our responsibility where caused by such delay.

4. Fees & Payment

Fees for each service are communicated in advance and are payable as per the agreed schedule. Government fees, stamp duty and other statutory charges are payable in addition to our professional fees unless stated otherwise. Late payment may result in suspension of ongoing work.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and design, is the property of Tax Esquire Corporate Advisors unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we exercise professional care and diligence in every engagement, we are not liable for losses arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client, changes in law after advice is given, or delays caused by government departments or portals beyond our control. Our liability, where it arises, is limited to the professional fees paid for the specific service in question.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with written notice, subject to payment for work already performed. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services where information provided appears false, misleading or intended to facilitate an unlawful purpose.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
